Fighting misinformation and promoting democracy in Zambia
This partnership project, supported by PANOS Institute Southern Africa and the Open Society Initiative, ran from November 2020 to June 2021. It aimed to combat misinformation by developing and sharing verified information, training media, bloggers, and artists to fact-check and spread accurate details on COVID-19 and democracy, and fostering a network of citizens to promote reliable information in Zambia.
