Zambia’s US$1.3 Billion Extended Credit Facility Program

On August 31 2022, the International Monetary Fund’s Board of Executive Directors approved a 38-month arrangement under the Extended Credit Facility.
The 38-month arrangement is to help restore macroeconomic stability and foster higher, more resilient and inclusive growth according to the IMF.
